I can get through to Imperial but I can not get through to the IR person for ELCR. Anyone able to get through? And if so, can anyone come up with a good reason for the new issuance of shares. It doesn't make sense to me that it's just for the purpose of raising capital. I doubt they expect to sell this many shares with no bid or news to speak of.
