It depends on how many shares and what price they buy in at. if the finance is for $120 million, that is 30 millino shares. PPS of over $1.25 should come real quick. If not, I am sure the financer will keep buying since the value per shares would be higher than current price.

A jump to $2 sound reasonable. When investors know for sure that the hotels and golf course are in PNDR's name, we are legit..

Just like those brokers said on the report ... target $3 to $5.
