Selling on news is not uncommon in 'pennyland'.

This is a great thing for the company, nobody can question that. This has been widely anticipated for the past several weeks and has attracted a lot of attention. A lot of traders jumped in to ride the anticipation...once the event happens they jump ship.

Don't argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and beat you with home court advantage.
