The company has not reported its financials for the last two years due to a debt owed to its auditors. In 2010 they were labeled as Caveat Emptor on the Pink Sheets which keeps investors away. The goal is to get Caveat Emptor removed and uplist to the OTCBB in the future. In order to do that they must get current with their SEC filings, which means starting from the oldest and working your way forward.

Most of the information included is from 2009. We will see more current financial statements in the coming weeks.
