Ok, so the obvious has been pointed out AND Itronics upheld what they needed or had to do. They filed an 8K. So what's the problem? Just because folks want to know the details of the settlement doesn't mean it's Itronics responsibility to tell them. I think someone in an earlier post said something to the effect that maybe they want to tell us, but can't. Who knows why. Maybe give them a call? Try them both.
