Thank you for posting the email and although interesting that he wrote back to you and perhaps encouraging, I keep thinking about the statement we heard in the 8-K on 2/28/11

The Parties have therefore mutually agreed to defer the closing of the acquisition until after completion of the UK Tax year end of April 5th, 2011. On this basis, the Parties are working upon a revised timeline for closing to be announced very shortly.

So I am hearing we've gone from "very shortly" to "shortly" in over 2 1/2 months. Hmmmmmmm
