From April 2005 until December 2008, Mr. Hostelley was President of MSC Solutions, a family owned consulting company located in Strongsville, Ohio, and provided consulting services and outsourced CFO services for acquisitions. During his time there he performed all analytical services pertaining to acquisition candidates for eXegenics, Inc. (EXEG.OB). He also served as the financial advisor to DSI Direct Sales, Inc. (DSDI.PK), a printing and media company, and established a financial restructuring of the company. From December 2008 until January 2011 he served as CFO and board member of Entertainment Arts Research, Inc. He became the CFO of Virtual Medical International, Inc. in July 2010.
