I can't, and won't say EVCA is the Pump & Dump per se, but a tool by which a few, I'll use the term "Investors" out of respect, lightly, used as their own pump & dump, put in operation by means of collusion and cell phone networking that created the range they traded in...and whose to say that went away [and I'm not talking MM] ...Now in regards to EVCA itself, it is a developmental co, based on a dream that they can do something better, and for individual investors - you have to realize this and take all of that with a grain of salt and believe in that dream and hope EVCA can come through
