Actually, technicaly he is right...

.7 or 7/10 of 1 cent (.01) would be .007

.01 * .7 would equal .007

He is saying it correctly too. It's just not a typical way of describing a number monetarily in America.

Looking forward to this climbing back up a little bit it has had nice action for a while.
