This subject affects all of us who invest. We need to galvanize our politicians into rewriting the Securities acts and regulations thereunder. We need to bring our markets into the 21st technology, doing away with the vested interests that unfairly tilt the playing field away from us little guys and towards the world of big moneyed, hedge funds, MM's, vulture capitalists and crooked insiders.
