Benefits of not being bought out...

I truly believe if we are not bought out we could either have a joint venture with a big boy for development or some other arrangement to expedite their business plan and growth utilizing their proprietary technology. Possibly a mid-size company.

This would all be good since it would allow the company to fully recognize their true value. In time I believe they have the potential to reach dollars versus cents..

Either way its a steal in single digit pennys....

Back on the buyout situation I could see a big boy buying them out just to keep the technology from another big boy competitor. So anyone who thinks that if a company already has a like type technology they wouldn't be interested. Think again. Those things really happen out there in technology land and wallstreet.

One thing is for sure, the environment is heating up in the mobile/application/gaming sector......
