Company has good technology, they utilize trash to generate low heat and use the heat to generate electricity, it has existing contracts but no liquidity. No financial statements.
Company was in dark for very long, changed its name over years, several RS.
Finally, they got real financing deal and will be able to execute their projects and complete their audits. Hopefully, it will regain investors confidence to generate volume and get a bid.
