Yes they did state that in today's PR. In fact, they most likely did file it today and it won't show in the system until tomorrow. Remember, they said they were filing it today, not that it was supposed to show up today. As it has been stated all day today, they filed the 8k at 7:57 pm last night and it showed up this morning. I'll be looking for it in the morning.
