Dont really care about the stock or the price. You are living in some fantasy land that having NIR converting is a good thing.

A claim of no short interest is NOT BULLISH as you claim. How is it that you review it regularly but you do not know what it means? Zero short interest doesnt mean anything. Especially after there was a big reverse split

Already made my prediction. Lets sum it up. Nir is going to convert more and more shares over time and if you are not there to buy them up then the stock will go lower. What will be interesting to watch is to see when the shares come to market. Itronics claimed NIR shorted the stock when the conversions were in. Will NIR sell tomorrow or will the sell when they get the stock? That is what will be of interest here. Simple math would show that for the first conversion NIR is due about 100,000 shares of itronics equating about $100,000. 7.9 million dollars to go

Twil: Just because it was PRd that makes it exactly true? If the notes are fully cancelled then NIR will not get free trading shares. If NIR gets free trading shares then the notes are not cancelled and maybe it could be a payback schedule.
