Okay, information on the temporary trading suspension:

Please note, our new "turnaround specialist", Mr. Ron Heineman, doesn't appear to be doing very much for the company. Of course, we have to make assumptions because there are no press releases from the company and he won't answer questions while constantly stating SEC rules and regulations saying he really can't say anything because of them, but he can't keep the company's filings up to date and allows the security trading to be suspended?!

It appears to the Securities and Exchange Commission that there is a lack of current and
accurate information concerning the securities of Gener8xion Entertainment, Inc. because it has
not filed any periodic reports since the period ended April 30, 2008.

The Commission is of the opinion that the public interest and the protection of investors
require a suspension of trading in the securities of the above-listed companies. Therefore, it is
ordered, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, that trading in the
securities of the above-listed companies is suspended for the period from 9:30 a.m. EDT on May
3, 2011, through 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 16, 2011.
