Dew, I know this is technical nonsense, but, if we were to parse his words does the aforementioned statement mean:

A. Merck simply plans to file an NDA this year; or

B. Merck plans on filing it (though an NDA) for 'approval THIS year'. (ie. 2011)

You see this difference?

LOL - this is like the talking heads analyzing Greenspan's words.
