I'm hoping to "see" (read the tape) and anticipate it. I've been trying to analyze some of the previous flash crashes in individual names and I do believe that it is possible to actually sell you core position, and buyback that same core position (+ more equity) in the "flash".

I see no reason (other than tax purposes for those who care about that stuff) not to do this - and this is my personal philosophy - assuming you are quick enough and can "anticipate" it, and lastly, be darn lucky.

Like I said, there's a lot of money to be made in these scams as long as the lazy S.O.B.s at the S.E.C. are doing nothing about it.
