When I see that and Jeff named then why is Jeff not diluting like Dean did or Joe wants. We seem to leave out the of Dean, Josh, and Joe the difference is Jeff is not doing the dilution like they did and want to again. If Jeff was this crook people accuse him of he not have called the law and he have kept diluting. Why stop if he is a crooks like Dean?

Jeff is not doing a pump and dump but the others are.
