I would be very disappointed to see a PR stating the buyback is finished without us being at .10 or more (ok .05, but really??). Thats alot of shares they are planning on buying back, and there have to be a huge group of longs holding for good. At some point those two forces will meet in the middle, and the price increase should follow. If buyback were to occur and we are sitting at a penny it would confirm massive manipulation. Ultimately we will have our day though.
