Interesting to me was the fact that the author(s) of the so-called "Independent Auditors' Report" is/are impossible to identify, as apart from a scrawled and illegible signature, there is absolutely no indication as to who this "Chartered Accountant, Auditor" might be.

I can see why he or she might seek anonymity, given the likely outcome of the Spencer Pharma scam.

Given your extensive knowledge of similar penny stock scams, does the signature mean anything to you?

Is it just another of the several "professional" signatures that seem to be freely available for hire in the Quebec penny stock scam world? Or is a name that's already known to you?
