Seems like instead of making up all this negative stuff about the company and its management, we might take their PR at face value and see if they do what they say. If they do - we (who didn't sell) will be very happy in the not too distant future. I have heard of cases where a company filed a BK and for the most part you couldn't tell it from the outside -a and in a relatively short time emerged a strong company. Mgmt indicated shareholders would be taken care of 100% -- why make up all this other stuff?
