Kjul until NIR is done selling the shares will be cheap because NIR will make them cheaper. Didnt ask for any DD. Was reading the court files on this case for a while. Where did I say I couldnt find an 8k. Let the ceo put the settlement agreement in a 8k. It aint there because 'notes cancelled' doesnt change the fact that NIR will still be able to convert into shares and sell them on the market. As long as you and your wonderful ceo is fine with that then good luck to you
