I don’t know, maybe because it is a developmental stage company and is over – valued being that from inception through December 31, 2010, the Company has generated revenues of $1,739,108 and incurred cumulative net losses of $4,030,180. And that without obtaining adequate capital, it is unlikely they can maintain operations long enough to become profitable or maybe because the success of their business plan is dependent on the continued development and improvement by the manufacturers of the automobiles they sell. Lack of operating history makes it difficult to validate their business plan. In addition, the success of their business plan is dependent upon the market acceptance of the electric automobiles they sell. Should their market strategy be too narrowly focused or should the target market not be as responsive as they anticipate, they will not have in place alternate services or products that they can offer to ensure their continuation as a going concern.
