Good news - I just received the following email from David Cohen. Hopefully this is a sign of positive news.

Thank you for your inquiry. David Loren has resigned and is know
longer with the company. If there are items that we need to discuss with Mr. Loren, we will be able to contact him.

We are planning to get our corporate information updated with Pinksheet shortly.
