Thanks Bayarea. Though I wanted too know how to get access to this. Sounds like this info is something new to me since I follow some players here who follow new filings like a hawk and I've never heard of where you can see filings before they are published. As I read in AL's post.

Needing too know where is this site (pinksheets.com I read daily) or is it somewhere else and what link can I be there on to research this. This can be very very valuable tool.
