hey dollar, yea its a little late, but only because they just changed their auditors last month. It was based purely on economical reasons, pinks do this all the time, they change auditors to get charged less. I wouldnt concern myself too much about this, they will eventually get the 10-k out and go back to current status, they have been since 2006. I work for a public company, so i know how long it takes to conduct an audit, especially year end. There wont be much differnce on the 10-k, the only reason i'd like to see it really is just to see the updated share structure. But even that will change depending on the details of the merger and if they initiate a buyback program to reduce the o/s like they have in the past. Anyway, here is the excerpt from the 8-k released on April 4th.
