While it is only a hunch why would you sell 2 million shares at .01 with everything going on. Exactly where did these meetings take place? This guy has had a very successful business life and it makes absolutely no sense to sell. Obviously with all these form 4's being filed and sold with Michael being the beneficiary with the 13D's filed something is not exactly fairytale. With the changes made today I believe Michael was very disappointed in the direction and the speed it was going thus he got involved again until he found someone he thought was competent. I believe he also plans on stepping down. My guess is that will be the next PR with the shareholdere letter. Here is a link with all the selling.
