The secured creditors for Magnum Recycling foreclosed in October, 2010.
A Sheriff's Sale on the properties has been rescheduled several times since October, 2010 by the secured creditors. The latest re-scheduled Sheriff's Sale on all the Hudson property is slated for May 11, 2011.
