It's pretty unlikely those shares will be hitting the market any time soon and there would have to be a form 4 SEC filing (STATEMENT OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP OF SECURITIES) for any director to sell those shares. I don't remember seeing any form 4 filings ever by the directors of CXLL (since they acquired the shell in 2007) selling off there shares that they were compensated with.
