WOW, yahoo message boards have awesome links regarding the gerova debacle. I fe truly sick for those involved at the retail shareholder level. court proceedings will drag out for years and these crooks at the top will probably go scot-free.

torubling that the CFO is the same, lhama got rooked badly, or had no clue....but why were there pinballing execs at the director level from fund.com resignatio to gerova, then they all resigned and the gerova potentaiol scam unfolded??

fund.com can only be grouped togethert and they have ALOT OF EXPLAINING TO DO, AND I EXPECT NOTHING TO BE EXPLAINED...

amazing the SEC doesn't look deeper into these things. they happen so often, but sooften there are common names in each event. As the same characters come up over again, these should be huge flags....
