JBI have made it very clear in discussions of their business plant that the partner will provide space for the processors, part of the processor will be indoors, part outdoors. Drive by any recycling facility, the roofs are built very high and can easily contain a processor. Such costs are covered by the savings the partner gets from not having to transport and then pay tipping fees to landfills. They already budget for transportation and tipping fees so the money is easily found. Hope that makes things clearer.
