I understand what you are saying but maybe think about it like this :

There may be smaller companies with 10 employees that are worth more but do they own their pipeline? Maybe they are worth more because they sold part of their pipeline, intellectual rights or gave exclusive licenses.

We can not have our cake and eat it. Peregrine owns it's pipeline and we can therefor not find any value, other then virtual expectational/speculative value, of it in our shares. But if they start realizing the pipeline we will not just benefit from small and early prices as others have but we will benefit from its, at that moment, enhanced market value.

The price we pay for that is 'time' and time, in this case, creates frustration which drives you crazy. But you'll forget about your craziness the moment the waitress brings you a cocktail on your Hawaiian beach (unless she drives you crazy in which case you are in real trouble if your wife notices :).
