Last time they did convertable debt it appears. That debt was converted and the holders appear to still be holding, but I haven't been able really read the financials they just put out yet and verify.

Now they have to do pure debt it appears, or partner with someone. It's intersting they didn't keep the AS higher with the RS to do more convertible debt without raising the AS. There are always preferred shares.

These are all good questions for the CC...
