Daulton Capital Corp & South Pacific Connection Ltd partnership launched in Paupua New Guinea
Apr. 21, 2011 (M2 Communications Ltd.) -- Natural resource finance company Daulton Capital Corp (OTCBB:DUCP) revealed on Wednesday the formation of a strategic partnership with James Das, president of South Pacific Connection Ltd headquartered in Paupua New Guinea.
Under the terms of the agreement, Daulton Capital has acquired a majority working interest in a major placer property located in the Prince Alexander fault in Paupua New Guinea.
The South Pacific Connections Ltd property is reportedly comprised of exploration license ELA 1857 and is located south of Wewak in East Sepik Province.
Papua New Guinea is richly endowed with gold, copper, oil, natural gas and other minerals. PNG is the 12th largest country in gold exploration and contains four of the largest gold and gold/copper mines in the world.
