SEMINOLE, FLORIDA, May 2, 2011 – RCC Holdings, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:RCCH)(http://www.RCCHoldings.com) is pleased to announce it has signed a preliminary Letter of Intent for the acquisition of A-List Feature Films, Inc. Closing is contingent on satisfactory due diligence and other matters.
