TS very recently gave out one of the name of one of his energy plays reserved for subscribers in a teaser email.
Apologies for not remembering the details, but this seems like some new strategy to market his service. Could it be that by giving out NEOM's name to all and sundry, that when it does hit the big-time, he will be able to say, "I told you so..." in doing so becoming the god of newsletters? (whereupon he may kick back on a mountain of imported cashmere beanbags..or something like that..)
