as far as that pr goes... i wonder if they used the free pr service in hopes that it would fly under the radar as it sounds like the SEC made them put said pr out and free pr sites are not part of the news feeds on most if not all trading platforms... 2nd option is are they just that broke? third option maybe they are just super cheap... none of these options bode well when it comes to marketing your publicly traded company... you'd think franco would be a bit more savvy if they're in the public relations game... as far as post r/s if the o/s is 225k this thing is gonna go illiquid in a big way... there just wont be enough shares to get a nice tight spread... its seriously gonna be a $5 spread... but like ive always thought this being a start up shares will be sold for capital... thats why you public in the first place right? to be able to access capital
