Leadership seems indifferent to share price and although I tend to agree with the "price is not value" statement,I still find it annoying that this is so blatantly manipulated.Investors should realize that DELTA is OIL&GAS production with a very tight share structure and as said ,a management that is indeed very competent ,but completely indifferent to the short term share price for reasons we as shareholders do not know.It's annoying and I think it very obvious the company has no need to go to the market for money,otherwise they would be doing their best to get the price up at a time when exploration is popular and the .oil commodity seems to be in demand
