Seriously, there is a time frame here of the business at hand.

See the push on the ACLY 8K today to their former accountant? There is serious money backing ACLY at this point and they will not let this go down river! When pushing an 8K of that nature..that's public and they are not getting action and documentation. They are on the right path!
