Get your facts straight. NIR won summary judgment in January. The judge declared that they won. NIR and ITronics spend the next two months getting the language together and then announce a discontinuance of the litigation. NIR at anytime could have got a so ordered judgment against Itronics but that would be the end of the company. Itronics had to negotiate with NIR on NIRs terms.

You can believe anything you want pal but you are dealing with a loser here. With NIR in there the stock price can only go in one direction.
I have some nice beachfront property on the California/Nevada border. I hear its a great investment. What a hoot
