Lithium Exploration Group (OTCBB: LEXG) has engaged a technology partner to assist in processing the oil field brines at its Valleyview Project in Alberta, Canada.
The Technology:
This dynamic patented technology uses an ultrasonic 5 ton mobile generator to target the inorganic solids, like the lithium and potassium, dissolved in the high-salinity brine. Through a cavitation process, the generator separates the dissolved minerals from the water, producing highly concentrated slurry as its end product. This cavitation process also produces the required extreme heat for separation with minimal energy input, making the separation of the dissolved minerals economically viable.
