That would be a terrible short term outcome for owners as I think we would get pennies on the dollar. I also do not think buying WLGC would be such a simple task as offering $1/share because few LT holders would tender their shares pre litigation or licensing deals. Also, a bidding war would likely ensue, albeit with shareholders getting far less than they might if this story is allowed to play out.

Once we get to $5 bring on the suitors :)
