There are so many ways that so called "insider" information can be obtained that it is a wonder anyone ever gets prosecuted for it. For instance: court workers innocently talking shop at a lunch counter; process servers; witers & waitresses in cafes overhearing info; a taxi/limo driver; of course the old classic, some hot shot talking pillow talk to his hooker or mistress. LOL. I like the last scenario best.
