The point I was making and you just confirmed it, If they (MM and BH) have not/will not be held accountable for illegal trading issues, why do we even have the MMs and brokeage Houses??

FOREX does not need them, if stocks did not have them (MM and BH) either, then the only thing the SEC and FINRA and FBI would have to watch would be the companies (stock) themselves.
