hey wolf that has been my thinking this whole time, as soon as merger and details are done, they will most likely annouce a share buyback program, there will be NO reverse split. With the Revenues and the future contracts, they will be able to reduce the outstanding shares by buying them back, TADF has a history of doing this, I have been in and out of TADF since 2006, and on several occasions they have bought back shares to reduce O/S
