David, you are right once they file for BB we need to educate them about keeping investors informed. Despite great numbers if the company does not update investors about revenues, growth, new deals the stock gives up all gains. That's the nature of the stock market, so it's important they don't simply vanish after BB and we need to keep them in a loop with occasional calls, emails etc.

They also should not get a feeling that we are putting pressure and as if we are in full control of their company. This needs to be handled in a very delicate way without offending them. It's very imporant because in pink sheet world they are the kings and no one can question them what they do. They suddely feel loss of that freedom and become answerable to shareholders and things could go wrong. However we need to let them know importance of keeping investors updated without FLUFF news. Too many news also loses the kick and people feel that company is trying to pump the stock. This is what is going on with LMMG right now. All great news, stock can't hold gains. People become suspecious and wonder what's behind that promise or great pumping. It's the periodic punch that have substance make the stock look soild
