I really think this is the type research needed to get facts. Its positive and factual and is good for investors that can get buying volume. Good job and thanks for not keeping this to yourself.
The board cant get this volume up but minimally so it is imperitive. Any knowledgable heavy investor will look at boards just in curiosity and if facts differ or are being skirted around giving a PLAIN ENGLISH answer,THEY RUN AWAY, WE WANT THEM TO RUN TO PHAR , THINKING IT IS STARTING OUT,WITH MANY KINKS TO SORT THROUGH AND HAS TRMENDOUS POTIENTIAL,, NOT FALSELY RAMPING IT AS ITS ABSOLUTELY A MIRACLE AND ITS PERFECT. IF THAT WERE TRUE IT WOULD BEING FLYING UP BOARDS.
Sure i will get negative comments but im saying what has to be done to attract new investor just happening by this board, it cant be just cheerleading over and over almost in desparation. The stock will stay right around where it is until more clarity on issues come out.
#1- Who are the Board of Directors, not leadership team, and not including Chaiman, Howard.
#2- Is the Leadership team now emplyed and drawing a salary from Company?
#3- Since plant has been purchased using stockholder and financials mostly stockholders money, we should be hearing such things as/ WE ALREADY HAVE ORDERS PENDING ,MUST GET RUSH EVEN MORE THAN WE ARE DOING,and tell use who they, are If none pending what is the wait . IT Aquaprin is estimated to hit shelves in 12 months or LESS this information has to be known. NOT THAT INFORMATION OF WHO WILL COMPANY TARGET. TARGETING SHOULD BE DONE AND NOW CUSTOMERS BEING REVIELED IF YOU ALREADY HAVE PURCHASED BUILDING. When facility is ready it needs to go, not have minimul orders. Nobody if you ask can provide info. Again, larger investors that can drive this stock up must READILY find this out.
#4- According to information profile , Pharmstar Pharmaceuticals , formally KNOWN, as Big Star Media sheLl was purchased and will operate as Pharmstar Inc. Who is behind, who holds the note and how much is the note that will have to be paid and when is it due? WHO ARE THE HOLDERS, PEOPLE, COMPANIES OR BOTH? Dont say look at financials, LIABILITIES AND ASSETS, THIS IS VERY MURKY ITSELF, THIS QUESTIONS NEEDS DIRECT ANSWERS.
#5 - These items are relevent to many that are in some but might go in higher and those "CURIOUS INVESTORS" peeking at boards to try and get more info need to know this info. Not begging and cheerleeding repeatedly in deparation for stock to go up. It will only do so by investors like im speaking of. I have spoken several times with IR at just cant get that plain old non elusive answer. Maybe im the only one, but i dont think so.
