Ok, here's the deal. The IR dropped them as a client due to thinking the merger wasn't a go. The company reached out to them for a meeting on Friday to reinstate them. My guess is, the company just hired the IR back and showed proof of the merger, and Gerald and company are hard at work getting investors.

I spoke to Gerald last week. I wasn't going to say anything because I have friends that are buying this week, but looks like they may be paying over .005.
