I don't even care about the news, the chart is golden i wish we could get some word out so volume would push this over the top... It's ashame to see such a nice trade go to waste but i believe it will happen as it's still early yet. DTRO has so many good qualities such as low float, OTCBB, Charts, and rumor of news...

Maybe someone will find the value in this who knows.. L2 is so thin, just need a mil block on the 15's to set the start of something great here!
