FYI: For those using Questrade please read!

I have not been able to log into my account.

After not receiving call-backs from 2 scheduled appointments yesterday, and no response to an intense email aimed at absent security measures, a phone call today landed me with the info... "your account has been closed."

Since there was less than $250 in 'My Balances' (my securities were not showing up in my balances page, as proven with screenshots back in February... check my posts) they closed my account which presenty holds a massive chunk of RELM shares (worth into the $10k's) and a healthy chunk of HESG shares (another sub-penny believed/rumored to have NSS).

Procedure limited the CSR from patching me through to anyone with any kind of say at the call centre. I was initially told that he had, "never seen anything like this before," and that he would open a case file and have my account re-opened within 2-3 days!!! After steaming out of my ears, he proceeded by saying his 'teamlead' was going into the 'back-room' to get it fixed ASAP, and I would be receiving a call-back.

I have my doubts about a company this size making an error of this magnitude from a program update back in February, and not running into problems yet and fixing the situation within 10 weeks!!

If you have RELM shares held in a Questrade account a quick check to ensure everything is Kosher may be in order.
